Drew Hayden Taylor will take the audience on his personal journey growing up as a single child of a single parent on a small Reserve to a writer who ends up spreading the gospel of Indigenous literature and humour all around the world.

Drew Hayden Taylor is an award-winning playwright, author, journalist, filmmaker and contemporary storyteller. Born and living on the Curve Lake First Nation, he has done everything from performing stand up comedy at the Kennedy Centre in Washington D.C to serving as Artistic Director of Canada's Premiere Indigenous Theatre Company, Native Earth Performing Arts. Currently he is the author of 34 books (soon to be 35) and his documentary series on APTN, Going Native, will be entering its second season in a few months.

Note for those attending in-person: Doors open at 7:00PM ET. Patrons must show proof of their vaccination status with a photo ID, and masks must be worn. All ticket holders will be provided with a link to watch the show live-streamed. If you are feeling unwell, please stay home, and enjoy the show virtually.
