Join Ottawa StoryTellers as we celebrate OST member Kathie Kompass’s release of her StorySave album Fables, Fancies, and Facts: If These Stories Aren’t True, They Should Be.

Following Kathie Kompass and Mary Wiggin’s Signature Series performance, Memories are Made of This - And, of course, they’re always true, audiences are invited to stay and enjoy complimentary refreshments and hear Kathie reveal more about her StorySave album in a Q&A session hosted by Colette Laplante.

CDs will be available for purchase ($20). Cash, credit and debit will be accepted.

About Fables, Fancies, and Facts: If These Stories Aren’t True, They Should Be 

Kathie Kompass is widely recognized as a leading voice in Canadian storytelling and a fixture of the storytelling community in Ottawa. Fables, Fancies, and Facts is her first album. This collection is a mix of Kathie’s original stories and tales from around the world on which she has put her signature twist. Disc 1 has stories for children ages 4-12. Disc 2 has a collection of tales for ages 13 and up.
