On Saturday, October 14th, from 9 am to 1 pm, join Ottawa StoryTellers as they present the document video launch of Stories Told Are a Culture Shared: Storytelling in Indigenous Cultures. In this documentary, local Indigenous storytellers discuss the importance of stories in the Indigenous cultures of Turtle Island. The 20-minute documentary will be shown every 30 minutes on the hour and half hour at the New Edinburgh Park Field House (203 Stanley Ave).
Following the 11:00 am screening, there will be a Q&A session with Indigenous storyteller Louise Profeit-LeBlanc, and refreshments will be served. Join us then!
