Thank you to all who donated to our 40th Anniversary Fundraiser and helped us exceed our goal. We sincerely appreciate the incredible support we received in helping us keep stories alive. To another 40 years!
Ottawa StoryTellers has been sharing stories and supporting storytellers for 40 years, from seven members in 1983 to a flourishing organization in 2023, where our members are professional and non-professional tellers as well as listeners, all on an equal footing.

In honour of our 40th Anniversary, we hope you will donate to our fundraiser so we can keep supporting storytellers and keeping stories alive.
Our goal is to raise $2,000 by December 10. The money raised will go to support storytellers through coaching and workshops. As part of our (un)told monthly events, we will offer workshops on personal storytelling to give tellers the skills to share their stories. Coaching will also be available for (un)told participants. For OST members looking to enhance their performance skills, we want to offer a complimentary workshop or two to do just that!

Don’t use Canada Helps? Send your name and mailing address to ostbusiness@ottawastorytellers.ca, saying you would like to donate by e-transfer or cheque. Interac e-transfers may be sent to ostbusiness@ottawastorytellers.ca. No password is required. Cheques should be made payable to Ottawa StoryTellers. They may be mailed to Ottawa StoryTellers, 1622 Grey Nuns Drive, Ottawa, ON, K1C 1V2.
Donations of $20 and greater will be issued a receipt.
Add to our 40th Anniversary Memory Book!
Ottawa StoryTellers is collecting memories to celebrate our 40th anniversary. If you have photos of OST storytellers or events, we would love to add them to our Memory Book. Send your picture and one or two sentences describing your photo to info@ottawastorytellers.ca. It will be added to our Memory Book to celebrate our 40 years of stories!
